This is similar to a Feature and Level Survey but covers a larger area, generally 3 properties either side of the development site including the opposite side of the street.

We will arrange for a survey party to visit the site and undertake a survey to enable a Site Context Plan to be drawn.

Following the field survey, a plan will be prepared in either digital format (CAD or PDF) or hard copy depending on your preference
